Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out at the end of our lease, and I’m looking for someone new to sign a year’s lease with me starting May 1st. Here are the details about the apartment and what I’m looking for:

Location: We’re located in 105 Grand St, a charming brownstone building, situated on the 2nd floor (one floor above ground level) – no elevator, but it’s a short walk-up. The neighborhood is fantastic, with a Whole Foods just a 5-minute walk away, and two PATH stations (Grove and Exchange) within an 8-minute walk, making it super convenient for commuting or exploring.

Apartment Details:

Size: The apartment is spacious 2 bed 1 bath aparment, stretching over 1000 sq feet, offering plenty of room to relax and entertain. Amenities: Comes equipped with essential appliances, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, making daily chores a breeze. Plus, there’s a lovely balcony for some outdoor space. The Room: You’ll have your own 10x10 room with a closet, perfect for personalizing your space and keeping things organized. Your share of the rent will be $1500, not including utilities and internet. Utilities have been around $80-$90 for the current lease term and internet in $50

Looking for: Someone ready to commit to a year’s lease starting April 1st.
