I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in downtown Jersey City, NJ.
The apartment: Luxury building with concierge, gym, roof/deck, and garage parking available at an additional cost. Master bedroom with bathroom attached, rent is $1900. Shared spaces are the kitchen and the living room. Living room will be furnished, bedroom will not. IN UNIT laundry, that is shared with a roommate. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Grove St PATH. Move in as early as May 1 or as late as August 1.
The other roommate: Female, and prefers female inquiries only please! She is in her 20s, works full time, does not smoke or have pets. She is looking for someone who is clean and respectful.
