We are looking for a new roommate to take a bedroom in a shared apartment in a Newport, Jersey City high rise building. The room is available immediately.

Live in the heart of Newport, close to all the area has to offer: waterfront walkway with views of NYC, coffee shops, movies, restaurants, mall, light rail, and supermarkets. Just a 15-minute walk to Grove St. plaza and one PATH stop from downtown Hoboken. This spot is an NYC commuter’s dream, just steps to the Newport PATH and ferry in a highly sought-after location near the waterfront ~25-minutes to downtown and midtown Manhattan.

Your Room:

Can fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk to comfortably work from home

Temperature adjustment A/C and heater

Personal half bath, shared full bathroom, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, and dishwasher).
