Currently looking for a new roommate to occupy a bedroom (shared bathroom) in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment at 40 Newport Parkway. The apartment is on the 21st floor. The apartment has a stunning view of the Hudson river and a shared living room/kitchen/dining area.
The current roommates are working professionals and travel to work majority of the weekdays. We are looking for a lease transfer (ends Jan 2025) and the rent for the bedroom is $1350 (utilities not included). Security deposit is 1 months rent and additional $100 (approximately) covers the Trash/Electric/Wifi fees. We are looking for someone to move in by May 1st.
