Room in Newport luxury building with NYC views!

Hello! We have a third room/flex space available for 6+ months in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It's my room and I'm subletting it while I'm with family for a few months. The other 2 roommates are really chill, respectful, and friendly. It's a great room if you're looking for something affordable with luxury amenities and a great area.

The room is our living room converted into this room by putting up a secure cubicle wall. It's a very spacious room with lots of sunlight and amazing skyline views. There's a shared sitting area and kitchen, and you'd share a bathroom with 1 roommate.

More about the location: large roof deck, laundry in building, lounge, Starbucks across the street, Path is a 2 minute walk away.
