Location: 3 mins walk to the Journal Square Path station (3 stops to World Trade Center)
Rent: $1500 (includes in-unit laundry, hi speed wifi, gas and water)
Deposit: $750 fully refundable if you leave the apartment and furniture undamaged.
Apartment: Built in 2020. Our unit is on the 15th floor. Amenities include a gym, concierge, shared office space (with printers, and some private cubicles for meetings), lounge, rooftop, and free weekly yoga class.
