Room available in large apartment near JSQ

Long story short I moved out in September, and my replacement for my apartment has not worked out so I'm looking for another one. The move in date is Jan 1st, but I can be flexible on that. I lived there for about 5 years and it's a great apartment. The current roommate is friendly, generally keeps to herself when she's home, but she also cooks a lot. The apartment is clean, and I'd like my replacement to keep it that way. The landlord is also very understanding and responsive. You will be dealing directly with the landlord, not some management company.

I took most of the furniture with me when i moved so the living room will be quite bare, but there is a large dining room table with chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished/ stocked. The bedroom available will NOT be furnished, except for a side table and dresser.. It's not in the picture but there is a closet in the bedroom. You will also have your own hall closet for extra storage.

Heat and hot water is included. Gas/electric are split. (Usually no more than $50 a month total.) At the moment the internet is turned off, but it will just take a phone call to get it turned back on. Please plan on splitting the basics like toilet paper, paper towel, etc.

Other things of note:
-Apartment is 1mile from JSQ. You can take the bus to JSQ, or a lovely walk/ bike ride.
-Street parking
-Washer/driers in basement of apartment building
-4th Floor apartment, and building has an elevator
-Nearby places: Gym, grocery stores, restaurants/bars
-Neighborhood has more of a family atmosphere.
-There is a toilet and sink in the bathroom, but blocked by the shower in the picture.
