I'm looking for someone to take over half of a lease for my Hoboken apartment on 4th Street. It's 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a few blocks from the 2nd Street light rail, and about a 15-minute walk to the Hoboken Terminal/PATH. You will be in the master bedroom with attached bath, unfurnished. It has an In-unit dishwasher, and washer and dryer for the floor. Your half is $1,675 a month plus utilities. There is a garage available for an extra $250. The lease is up December 2024.
