3rd Roommate: Spacious Hoboken Apt

We're two friendly, easy-going professionals looking for a roommate of a similar disposition to fill the large upper bedroom of our spacious duplex. Move in date is ideally April 15th, but it is flexible as our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend.

- A quiet, residential street
- Just over 10 minutes to the trains and Washington St

- 31 & 25 YO males with partners
- Professionals: one in the transportation industry, the other in engineering. Both work full time in office
- Likes occasional drinks out, game nights with friends in our living room, while also keeping to ourselves from time to time
- Very neat and orderly (We’d like to keep it that way)

---- Ideal Roommate ----
- Mid to Late 20’s or early 30’s male (open to females as well granted they are comfortable with a shared bathroom)
- Outgoing / sociable
- Has similar interests to us
- Very clean, professional, and pays on time
- Has items to contribute to the fun of the apartment (furniture, decor, electronics, etc)
- Unfortunately no pets allowed
