Hello everyone,
My name is Bob and my other roommate is Jesse. Both in our early 20’s. I’m a bartender in the city and Jesse works mostly from home and in marketing. Our third roommate found a job in another state and is planning on leaving around April. About the apartment - clean, spacious and affordable with a beautiful view of NYC! Located in uptown Hoboken and close to bars, restaurants, parks, Trader Joe’s, acme, and shop rite. There’s a pharmacy and liquor store around the corner. If you travel in the mornings, the bus stop is on the corner of our building. The original lease was 3 months free on a 15 month lease so it will be $747 (!!!) until December. Water and gas is included. All other utilities come to about $25-$30. We have an elevator and laundry room on site. 24/7 maintenance and monthly extermination’s. The building is very diverse in terms of who lives here, lifelong hobokenites (such as myself) and stevens students alike. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. Everyone is welcome!
Best,
Bob
