My current roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to fill a room in our 3 bed / 1.5 bath townhome apartment starting August 1, 2024. I have a very friendly cat (who doesn't like other animals, so unfortunately no other animals will be allowed), and we keep the apartment clean but are not clean freaks. We are looking for another woman who is in her mid-to-late-20s (we're 26 and 24) who wants to be friendly with her roommates. Both of us work hybrid schedules, and we are looking for another professional to join the lease.
The space is large, and we love hosting. Smoking is not allowed per the lease. The room is on the smaller side, but can fit a queen size bed, a dresser and a small desk.
