ONLY- Males 60 + and over. Must be Trustworthy, clean and must have steady income. Retirees and Social Security income welcome.
Minimum rental term of 8 months

Plenty of street parking available.

$800 1st month rent and $800security to move in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and your rent must be punctual.
