The amenities will include free street parking, in-unit washer and dryer, 1 shared bathroom, no utility fees, guess WiFi, kitchen, dishwasher, living room, large patio and backyard, personal front entrance smart lock access code, and cleaning.

Your room will include, an office desk, a 32”smart TV with Roku, and a well-sized custom closet.

Exclusion amenities: Bed, TV stand, guest parking.

My condo is conveniently located a block away from Orange Train Station (travel directly to Newark Penn Station or New York Penn Station), a block away from the Post Office, Less than 10 minutes drive to Seton Hall University. It is located near Orange Police Station, Fire Department, schools, retail shops, parks, Turtle Back Zoo, banks, hiking trails, scenic view, and easy highway access.

I am looking for a clean, respectable, and responsible roommate, who has a solid income.
You must be able to show proof of income. Rent is due every first (1st) of the month with no exceptions.
