Let's dive into the details: the room measures 600 sqft and is perfect for a single occupant. You'll enjoy complimentary internet access, and all utilities are conveniently included in your monthly rent. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we kindly request that our tenants refrain from smoking and bringing pets.

Additionally, we value stability, so we require prospective tenants to have been employed at their current job for one year or more. Please note that the room is non-furnished, giving you the opportunity to make it truly your own.

Our location is highly desirable, just four blocks away from the East Orange train station. You'll have a stress-free commute with less than 40 minutes to Penn Station New York and a quick 15-minute ride to Newark Penn Station. On-street parking permits are available for an annual fee of $150. If you prefer public transportation, the 41 bus route is conveniently just two blocks away.

To secure your spot, the monthly rent is $800, accompanied by an $800 deposit, making the total move-in cost $1600.
