Available now - $1000/mon + utilities: Seeking roommate (preferably female/queer) to rent a bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse condo on the border of Gonic/Rochester and Barrington. Condo has a lot of space, including a porch, and will be shared with myself and 1 other roommate and 2 cats. Sorry, no other pets allowed.

I am an outdoor and nature lover, building my own business guiding people, so we are seeking someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful, as we often work from home and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Would be space to bring a couch and other random shared furnishings/kitchen stuff if you have some.
