Please read what I'm looking for

Hello,
I am Lily, a 49 y/o medically retired female with a 2BR apartment. I live in Dover NH. I am quiet and reserved. I am looking for a long-term female roommate who is respectful, clean, kind and doesn't use drugs, get really drunk (at least not at home- doesn't come home wasted) or with strangers, and would prefer a non-smoker. I would like someone who shares the basic cleaning (does their own dishes/ picks up after themselves), someone I can go grocery shopping with and share the responsibility of carrying in the groceries, occasionally go on an errand or swimming or for a walk in the woods with me, someone who will occasionally accompany my when I walk my dog, and on the extremely rare occasion- watch her for a few hours for me so I can get out of the house. My dog is very friendly with people and quiet almost all of the time. The exception is if there's a knock at the door (very rare) or some loud noise from above or the hallway (also rare) or when she's in the car (when I bring her to the park) She doesn't always get along with other dogs. I also have a cat that has a fatal heart condition. He stays in my room all the time except to get food and water. The apartment doesn't smell like animals. You would need to pass a criminal background check and do minimal paperwork. The cost is $750 a month with all utilities plus internet included. There is laundry in the building.
