-Garage for storage
-Driveway for two cars plus additional parking at the gym next door
-Partial bath on the main floor next to the basement stairs and a full shared bathroom upstairs
-Large kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of pantry/cabinet space
-Washer/dryer - which are located in the basement and would require us to pass through once in awhile to do laundry
