Looking for female roommate

I am looking for a safe and reliable female roommate to move into my 5 room house with me and my teen daughter. Must be okay with animals as we have two dogs and a cat. I don’t mind if you smoke but preferably outside. Prefer that you do not drink but we can discuss boundaries around that if you do, not a deal breaker. I can offer you one or two rooms depending on your wants or needs. I’d be willing to do a minimum of 3 months and max of 2 yr agreement. We can do 3 months and a month to month basis if we want to try out our arrangement and see how it’s going. Can negotiate fair rent depending on whether you want one or two rooms.
