Looking for a roommate (male or female) to share two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a balcony and loft. Apartment is 1200 sq. ft. Includes a loft and balcony. Off street parking. Complex has a fitness center and outdoor pool included. Safe and quiet complex next to everything in Portsmouth, NH. Looking for a responsible adult. I am a 67 year old working professional who is easy to get along with. I also have a dog. Your dog is welcome but pet rent would be an additional $50/month. Must have up to date vaccines, etc.
Photos attached are not the latest. Bedroom and bathroom are clean and move-in ready. Bedroom is furnished with queen bed, dresser, TV and night stands. Apartment also has washer/dryer you can use.
