Room for rent in large home with a pool!

Hello, we are considering renting a room in our large home. The room is fully furnished with a bed and dressers. There is additional storage in a clean hardly used basement. There is a bathroom close by which would be shared or a bathroom on the 1st floor, which is also the one guests use. Patio with pool, pool table, movie area in the loft, plus a living room. There is also a home gym on the third floor. We are 2 quiet professionals looking for similar. One professional has a private practice at the home which is mostly but not all telehealth. There is a 9yo female yellow lab, who is very friendly and a 10yr male tabby cat. The cat you probably won’t see for the first month. Utilities are planned to be included, but if there is a larger then expected increase, would want to discuss. There is parking in the driveway. About 10-15 minutes away from route 93 and 495. House is located on a quiet circle off a main road. The photos of the room and downstairs bathroom were taken tonight, the other photos are from the listing but nothing has really changed except some furniture. Rent is negotiable.
