A room in a 4 bedroom 1st floor apartment in Allentown nh. Occupied by myself (37 year old male), my 8 year old son Elliott, and my 19 year old nephew Tyler. Parking is limited right now so probably best for someone who will not require a parking space. Internet and utilities included. We have three cats here that are well maintained. A great option for someone retired, on disability, or doesn't require a parking spot. No smoking inside
