Room open near whites park

Furnished room available in a small, woman owner occupied home with one additional female housemate, close to Whites Park and UNH Law. We are a little witchy, recycle, compost and are generally looking for someone with some level of consciousness or willingness to learn. Pretty quiet and relaxed space with a balance of community and solo space. The cost is $900/mo plus utilities split among us (internet, water, electric, and trashbags/TP etc- typically about $150/mo but varies based mainly on cost of heat and AC use). Lease is month to month with 30 days notice. We are looking for another female or female identifying housemate who is reasonably clean and easy to be around. No smoking inside. We are relatively quiet, but family and friends are in and out. Maybe open to a cat but space is really too small for a dog plus the housemates.
