Looking for a roommate to occupy a room in our 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Nashua with good access to downtown, as well as exits 4 and 5. Apartment is in walking distance of stores, and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Other tenants are two early 20s males who are quiet and respectful. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and screen porch. Smoking is allowed on the porch only. Access to yard space and in unit laundry. Water is included. Must pass a financial and background check with the landlord.
