The Available Room

Plan to be moving into this apartment with my friend. More space than we need right now, it has 4 bedrooms, so we’re looking to rent out 1 of the bedrooms for at least 3-6 months. It’s the second floor of the building, has lots of windows letting in natural light. It has a newly renovated kitchen and a half decent balcony outside if you feel so inclined. There’s also a huge park, with a dedicated playground and a huge field right in front of the house. The yard surrounding the house isn’t super usable, but the huge park literally across the street makes up for it. Happy to answer any questions and supply more pictures if needed. Your room would have a small closet in it with a nice bright window and easy access to one of the entry doors.
Myself and my close friend will each be in our own room. We’re both non-binary and tend to prefer they/he pronouns. I can be talkative around the right people but I tend to keep to myself otherwise. Same for my friend. I own a poodle mix dog who rarely sheds anything due to his poodle heritage. Unfortunately we will likely not be allowing any other pets, but my dog is always up for snuggles with people. I work from 9-9 most days, so I’ll rarely be home during the day. My friend does schooling online so they’ll just be in their room when they’re home. If you’re someone who is on the calmer side and prefers a more quiet environment then definitely reach out!
