Flexible lease term (ideal: 1-year lease)

Due at signing: First month + $500 security deposit

About us:
We’re a clean, quiet, non-smoking couple (39/29). My wife works in health care, and I work in real estate (I’m home most mornings). We keep a respectful home and want a roommate who does the same.

House guidelines

Quiet hours: 9pm–6am (Mon–Fri)

Overnight guests allowed

Cleaning expectations: “you mess it, you clean it” — shared spaces stay tidy

Roommate fit

Open to male or female

Ideally, a young professional

No kids (room size constraints)

Non-smoker

Pets: possibly okay, but we’ll need a meet & greet to confirm they get along with our dog
