Upper Cottage

A picturesque cottage with views of the lake and two composite decks (upper and lower) overlooking a tiered flower garden, a nice lawn, and access to the tarred driveway. Parking is allowed on the upper driveway and also on the gravel upper part of the driveway (which has ramp access to the back door). The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming! Gregg lake Road is great for bicycle and walking enthusiasts with many trails and hiking areas near the lake! The fishing is minutes away! The house has an upper floor bedroom (partially open loft) with a lakeview, mud room (back door), Living room with a new gas heater& fanlight. Bathroom with shower, upper kitchen, lower kitchen with gas stove, dining area (great lake view while dining!) and deck entrance (front door). Wildlife is plentiful and waking up to the sound of loons has been a delight! Access to Highways (routes and ) is easy from route . Shopping, pharmacies, restaurants and amenities are plentiful locally.
