Single Room in 3 bed house in Newport News

Hello! We are looking to rent out one bedroom in our townhouse until the end of the lease, ending on 6/30/2022. The townhouse is in the Stratford Manor complex off of Wellesley Drive.
The townhouse is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, and comes with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and free parking. Current roommates are friendly young professionals who have varying work schedules. We are looking for someone to rent the space, preferably a woman around our age (20-23). The ideal roommate would be a friendly individual who is okay with people coming and going from the house frequently, is fairly social and alright with guests being over on weekends/weekdays, and who likes to keep a fairly clean house but can put up with a bit of mess at times. Roommate does not need to be a new best friend, but at least friendly when coming and going during the day, and when sharing public spaces!

The room is on the 2nd floor, with two windows and two closets, one for hanging garments and one with shelves. The bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is, including kitchen and living room. There is an office on the first floor, shared with one roommate, with room for a desk if you want to bring one! The bathroom is in the hall and is shared with one other roommate, as well as the half bath on the first floor.

The townhouse is a 4 minute drive from CNU' s campus, as well as a short drive to variety of bars, restaurants, and entertainment along Warwick Blvd.
