2 Bedroom 2 Bath Apartment

I am a working professional in my late 30s looking for a roommate to share my apartment. I work a 8-5 schedule and am mostly a homebody. I live a sober lifestyle and don't have many people over to visit or party except for movie nights occasionally. I have ADHD/Autism, which means I'm very direct and have strict routines that I follow.

I'm looking for another professional to share my home with. A women preferred but I'd be open to LGBTQ roommates. No couples. Significant others will have a limit on how often they can stay over, TBD.

Unit is on the top 3rd floor. Key fob secure entry. (No elevator) Has a washer/dryer in kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and covered south facing patio. You would have your own room and primary use of the guest bathroom. We would share kitchen and living room space. Apartment is well insulated and has good soundproofing. Complex is smoker friendly, no smoking in unit but outside is ok. Vaping ok. Not 420 friendly.

Bedroom has two closets that span one wall. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I have 2 dogs which is the max per my lease so no additional cats or dogs can be added unfortunately. Other animals would possibly be OK, TBD.

Apartment complex will require you to be added to the lease, $55 application fee. I will also require a roommate agreement to be signed and notarized after we discuss and agree on details.

*I am currently selling one of my cars. This might take a few months but once it's sold you would have the option to use that garage space for an additional $60 month.
