Spacious 4th bedroom located in the basement in Millard around 168th/Q. It is a very nice quiet neighborhood. You will have a semi-private living room area just outside your room as well. Previous roommate (moving out) had a hybrid office set up in that area which worked well for him. The laundry is downstairs, so would just be going into the basement for utility room purposes or accessing breaker panel. Shared bathroom on 2nd level. There is also a half bath right next to the basement stairs for quick bathroom needs as well. Full use of kitchen/laundry. Ideally looking for someone more long-term but open to travelers. Listed as unfurnished, but can be furnished if needed. $600 deposit - 150 cleaning fee deducted from deposit at end of term.
