Home right next to Woods Park. Biking distance to downtown and close to both university campuses

Private bedroom upstairs with good natural light -There are some furnishings but I am flexible about what to do with that
Full kitchen access (I am gluten free for context however the kitchen is NOT strictly gluten free)
Washer/dryer access
Shared bathroom, we’ll need to be organized and communicative about it, but it’s absolutely doable with the right person -The vibe is warm, creative, and full of life am a low traffic house type of person, chill, not into partying

I’m a neurodivergent nurse in my 30s working on-call shifts (7am–7pm). Alternative in my worldview with a deep appreciation for the weird and wonderful. I don’t do politics and if pressed I’ll probably side with anarchy at this point. I am not religious but you are welcome to your beliefs. I’m not going to say I’m a witch but there are tarot cards in this house and i will absolutely sage the place if vibes require it. Crafts, sci-fi/fantasy, cooking, and fixing/building things.

My 12 year old daughter: Brilliant, self-sufficient, and occasionally nocturnal. Plays harp divinely. She is here about 50% of the time.

🐕 Peanut: 14-year-old mini dingo 🐕 Dolly: 9-year-old Great Pyrenees 🐕 Mushu: Pyrenees/Lab 🐾 Thomas O’Malley: Cat 🐇 3 rabbits + 🐟 2 immortal fish. We are maxed on dogs legally and not looking to add more. If you have a very specific pet situation, we can discuss it but please lead with that information upfront.

Not necessary but being a single mom I would like to have someone that could help with occasional pet/child care like letting dogs out if I’m working or dropping off kiddo at school. :)
