About me:
I work in tech, make music + video, and keep things pretty dialed. Health-focused, low-key, not a party house. I’m planning to travel quite a bit this spring and summer, so you’d likely have the place to yourself fairly often.

Details:

- Rent: ~$680/month
- Flexible move-in
- Split utilities (yep, even when I'm traveling we'll go 50/50)
- Lease runs through end of August, with option to renew if you want to stay
