Looking for a clean roommate. Flexible on many things. There are particular house things I would love to have help on that I would consider lowering rent for the reliable help. (Ex: mowing) MUST BE LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY! I have three dogs and a fish as well! With it being a smaller house I can not accommodate any more pets.

I’m super clean and love my home! I’m very proud of it! I do have ADHD, but I have good strategies to help me stay organized! My dogs are super friendly and love anyone they meet! I’m super flexible and understanding, and I’m great at communicating. I have an inflatable pool and a fire pit out back that I’m excited to use for the summer!

I work a lot as I work for public schools, I’m a sign language interpreter. So I will be gone most weekdays during the day. I do other random work but that is my definite schedule!

There is always parking on the street. The room is fully furnished. I would prefer to keep the furniture I have in there because I do not have a place to put it otherwise.
