Looking for a responsible roommate to share a spacious 800 sq. ft. apartment in the Midtown and Blackstone District area. The apartment layout is ideal for sharing: one person will have the private bedroom, while the other uses the living room as their dedicated, private living space that includes a open walk-in closet/office area for storage purposes. We would share the kitchen and bathroom.

I do have my son 2-3 evenings a week so please take that into consideration. He is almost 3 years old. I also have an ESA cat who is super friendly.
