Room in midtown/blackstone district

I have an 800 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. This ad says 2 bedroom because it didn’t give me the option to put 1. I lost my job late July and just started a new job that pays about half of what I was making so it’s going to be impossible to keep up alone. I need a roommate as soon as possible. I do require for my roommate to be sober or if no history of addiction, no alcohol or drugs in the household. I am in recovery and take it very seriously. I would be willing to rent out the large bedroom and I would take the living room. My 2 year old son stays a maximum of 3 nights a week so you’d have to be ok with that.

I am very laid back and work evenings at a bar and grill. Mostly I just chill and watch my tv shows.

Rent will include all utilities and WiFi.

Right in the middle of midtown and blackstone district.
