Hi I’m Jeff I own the house. I am looking for a single person 18 years old to 35 years old. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You share a bathroom with 2 guys who are clean and there is a downstairs bathroom if need be. The guys are 21-25. They work in the trades and IT. We are looking for a person who is chill. The house is quiet, on occasion we have a drink. One of us cleans the house every week, there is a schedule posted on the fridge. We have a washer and dryer downstairs. There is a home Gym in the exterior garage. We have 2 Robot vacuums and mops that keep the floors clean. Just looking for a good person that is enjoyable, hard working and looking to get ahead in life. Rent is $700 a month Utilities included. And a $700 security deposit due the first month. $100 cleaning fee when you move out. Lmk if u are interested or have questions.
