Sara House seeks Housemates

Two of three bedrooms available for rent as home must be “owner occupied” per park rules.

Your choice on which 1-2 room(s) works best and I will move into the third bedroom.

All rooms are big enough to fit a King Size Bed and come unfurnished.

The Broncos Suite features a huge walk-in closet and a second smaller closet. The room faces North and is cool and dark. The suite comes with a huge bathroom with a tub and separate shower, two sinks and a large linen cabinet. Asking $800/mo

The Blue Moon Room is features a large walk-in closet and faces North, so it is also cool and dark. It has a shared bathroom. Asking $650/mo

The Kool Aid Room features a large walk-in closet and faces South, so it is bright and sunny all day. It has a shared bathroom. Asking $650/mo

You have full access to the house whicg offers a living room on one end and a recreation room on the opposite end.

The kitchen features an island and has multiple pantries available to the housemates.

There is room to park 2-3 cars on the driveway with additional parking onsite.
