AVAILABLE OCTOBER 3, 2026 - TWO DIFFERENT RENTAL OPTIONS

SHARED MASTER BEDROOM: $750 per person per month. This price is for one resident's space in a shared bedroom, not exclusive use of the whole room. The entire master bedroom measures approximately 17 x 11 feet (187 sq ft), plus closet.

PRIVATE BEDROOM 2: $900 per month for exclusive use by one resident. Approximately 9 x 11 feet (99 sq ft), plus closet.

Both options include utilities and electricity. Refundable security deposit: $750 per resident. Three-month minimum. Unfurnished; bring your own bed and furnishings. Measurements are owner-reported.

Lower-level bedrooms require stairs. Kitchen, living/dining areas and 1.5 bathrooms are shared; there is one shower. Driveway parking and scheduled weekly shared washer/dryer access are included. Pets considered case by case. Outdoor smoking only; no smoking indoors.

There is currently one male resident in the home. This is a nonclinical, substance-free recovery household. Recovery-house rules apply. It is housing, not detoxification, therapy, medical care or 24-hour staffed care. Written house expectations and rental terms will be reviewed before any agreement or payment.
