Furnished Bedroom Month to month and we’re looking for someone to move in immediately. Home is fully furnished with all that you’ll need. Room is furnished with queen bed and dresser desk and more furniture items.. shared bathroom with one other tenant who is clean and considerate. This place is great!!! 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath house with clothes washer and dryer and large screened in back porch
Great location and the neighborhood is wooded. Fenced in back yard lots of trees and feels very private. Just a short walk to Shelly lake greenway from the house which can take you all over Raleigh. This neighborhood has a pool you are welcome to join this season and a neighborhood volleyball team! Extra storage space is available.
Current roommates are two professionals. Both are fun, easy going and courteous. We can only take on one more giving us a total of three people at one time so no couples or children please. Home is also fully furnished with roomy screened in back porch and fenced in back yard. Close to Crabtree mall and north hills tons of grocery stores and many other business. Rent will be $700 plus 1/3 of the total utilities (usually around 100). We will unfortunately be in able to take on any more pets due to landlord agreement so please don’t inquire unless it’s aquarium type animal.
