We’re looking for a roommate to rent an unfurnished private bedroom in our home in Southeast Raleigh. This is a shared, two-story home where people (and pets!) already live, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable joining an existing household and sharing common spaces.
Rent is $675/month and utilities are included(wow!).
The home sits on about an acre and features:
• Screened-in front porch
• Long, spacious driveway with plenty of room for parking
• Carpet upstairs and laminate flooring downstairs
• Quick and convenient access to I-440
• Shared bathroom and shared common areas
🐾 We do have pets already living in the home, so you must be comfortable living with animals. Because we already have pets, we are not accepting additional pets.
The room is unfurnished and available for move-in as soon as possible. A deposit will be required, and prospective roommates will need to provide some references.
We’re looking for someone responsible, respectful, and comfortable living in a shared household.
