• Spacious enough for both roommates to have plenty of privacy
• Shared kitchen, living room & dining area
• Walk-in laundry
• Back patio area

About me:
26 years old, works full-time running my own business, and keeps a clean and respectful home. My schedule can start early and isn't always a typical 9–5. I don't spend a ton of time at home and enjoys live music and going to downtown.

Looking for someone who:
• Is respectful and reasonably clean/tidy
• Is responsible with rent and utilities
• Is preferably a young professional, but a responsible/studious student or grad student could also be a good fit
• Is looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to live

🚫 No pets, smoking, or illegal drugs.

Lease: 12 months preferred, but some flexibility for the right person.
