1 Bedroom Available in Raleigh: Lake Boone/UNC Rex

I have a cozy private bedroom available in my apartment, located conveniently between Food Lion on Lake Boone Trail and UNC Rex Hospital. The bedroom is private, while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared.

Rent includes utilities and half of the energy bill, so your monthly expenses are simple and predictable.

I'm looking for a female roommate who is friendly, respectful, peaceful, and considerate of shared spaces. I keep a relatively calm home and would love to find someone who cleans up after herself, keeps noise reasonable, and enjoys a comfortable, drama-free living environment.

A few house expectations:

- No parties.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep music/noise at a reasonable level.
- We will both clean up after ourselves and do our part to keep the shared spaces comfortable.
- I occasionally have a guest over, and I'll give you a heads-up beforehand. I expect the same courtesy regarding friends or romantic partners.
- If you have a car, we can request a designated parking space. Until that is arranged, you may use visitor parking temporarily for a few days.

Most importantly, I'd like us both to feel comfortable and respected in our home.
