This lovely condo features new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, white cabinets in a generous kitchen, and ample space in the bedroom. Step outside through the patio door to check out the pool and playground, or take advantage of the tennis courts right out front without needing to drive. It’s a walker- and biker-friendly area in a growing city, making it an excellent location that is close to everything!

- Security deposit equals one month’s rent: 
  - $100 application fee 
  - $100 cleaning/turnover fee 
  - The remainder is refundable upon move-out
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping permitted
- Not a party environment; designed for professionals seeking affordable rent
- **Pricing is based on a 6 to 12-month lease.** Shorter terms may be available, and we can discuss contract terms for individuals in contracted work, such as travel nurses or military personnel in training.
