Room with Beautiful View of Nearby DT Raleigh

I'm looking to find one more girl/guy roommate who is easy to live with. $1100 for a room with a gorgeous view of downtown Raleigh.

The space:
Two level newly renovated home in downtown Raleigh. Two bedrooms upstairs, an office downstairs and my bedroom and bathroom downstairs.
Wood floors and upgraded finishes throughout.
Large dining room, kitchen and living room with open concept and powder room off the kitchen.

In total: three bedrooms, small office and two and a half bathrooms.
Office/ small guest bedroom will be available for friends and family to stay for short amounts of time.

Upstairs
Both roommate rooms are upstairs
Small bathroom with bathtub and shower- mostly shared by two upstairs roommates (I have a shower in my room downstairs)
Washer and dryer in hall
Linen closet

Downstairs
The all white kitchen has gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, beverage cooler, fancy fridge with icemaker and water dispenser).
There is a nice front porch as well as a deck in the back.
The house has central air conditioning (a/c) and heat.
Entire house except your room will be fully furnished.
Spacious backyard for sitting around a small fire with friends or working out.

Transfer Food Hall
Moore Square
Restaurants
Bars
Museums
House beautifully rehabbed inside
Must be ok with two rambunctious black lab mix canines, Tate (6 years) and Laney (5 years). They stay on the main floor, so won’t bother you in your room, but they are allowed on the couch. They will most often be left out in the house during the day as they are well house trained.

Roommate 1:
Billy moved to Raleigh this year to pursue a career change and is currently taking classes at NC State and working part time. He goes to the gym and explores the city in his time off of work and school.

Me:
Dependable, communicative
I’m vivacious, outgoing, friendly, and respectful. I’m decently clean, but certainly not a clean freak by any standards. I might leave a pan soaking in the sink for a day, but will never let things get super nasty.
I’m good about taking out the recycling and trash and I prefer for the common areas to stay relatively clutter free and tidy. I’m proactive about cleaning when it needs to be done and am not afraid to scrub the toilet or clean the microwave.
About my living habits, I like to have friends over for game and movie nights, but not all the time. I enjoy throwing parties every so often as well, but would let you know in advance. I like to go out on the weekends, but I’m respectful and do my best to not wake my roommate if coming home later. You would be welcome to have friends over as long as it's communicated ahead of time.
I don’t smoke or do drugs and would rather live with people who are similar in that aspect, although I could live with very occasional casual use.
In my free time, I like to socialize and play soccer. I’m pretty much always down to hang, but am totally fine having a roommate who just does their own thing. I’m very low key and avoid conflict and drama.
