The available room is private, and the home is a relaxed, friendly place to live. We're looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces, keeps things clean, and is looking for a stable, comfortable living situation.

**A little about the household:**
We're looking for someone who has a regular job or schedule outside the home. Since there are already people who work from home, we'd prefer someone who isn't working remotely full-time. This isn't a party house, and we value a respectful, peaceful, and comfortable environment.

We're looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, considerate, and easy to get along with.

**Move-in:** October 1, 2026
We're flexible and can accommodate a move-in a few days earlier or up to about a week later for the right person.
