I have an apartment on the 8th floor of VC and I'm trying to find someone who wants to do a lease takeover for the 2026-2027 school year. It is a two bedroom / two bathroom apartment that includes a bed, desk, chair and dresser. The main living area has a microwave, stovetop oven, fridge, sink and dish washer. Washing machine and dryer are included in the apartment. My roommate is moving out so anyone who's interested will be paired with somebody via Valentine Common's roommate matching system. It's super close to Hillsborough street and is only half a mile away from D. H. Hill Library. It's within easy walking distance of a Zaxby's and a CVS pharmacy, and isn't far from Fountain dining hall. The apartment has it's own parking deck so you don't need to worry about finding a spot at Dan Allen or any other parking places. The lease runs through July of 2027.
