ARIA North Hills - Sublease

The entire apartment is furnished, besides the bedroom.

I am generally very bubbly friendly, direct communication, and no drama type person.

I have an old chill dog. She gets along with other animals.

I work from home, but mostly keep to myself working in my room. I am a very busy person.

Keep common areas clean. Policy of just clean up after yourself.

Food would be separate.

Apartment management policy of no smoking.

I don't care if there is alcohol in the house, but no sloppy drunk.

Totally cool with house guests so long as you know them previously.

Looking for someone who is responsible, pays rent on time, and is neat.

Down to be friends, but also happy to politely co-exist.
I have the current lease until November 2027, but the subletter can stay any amount of time, with a 60 day move out notice.

Wifi, trash removal, water, are all included in rent. The only utility separate would be electric which we would split halfway each month.
