I am having to relocate for work beginning of July and I am looking for someone to take over my current lease, with the date of the apartment available being July 7th! Lease term expires November 13th, which at that time you can renew if you want to.

Apartment details:
-2 bedroom, 2 bath (unfurnished)
-Has a washer & dryer
-All utilities except light bill paid through rent
-Base rent is $1,299 and with utilities included has been around $1430 a month.
-It is a first floor unit for those not looking to hike up flights of stairs

*Must be able to go through the application process and get approved.
*Deposit and prorated months rent (depending on your move In date) due to the complex before or on move-in day
