I currently live in this 3600 sq. ft. custom built house and am looking a roommate.

Location:
The house is located 3 miles from 540 and is near the intersection of Old Milburnie Rd and Candlehurst Ln.
It is in the Hayden Woods subdivision, Northeast Raleigh.
East of Raleigh, South of Knightdale, and North of Wake Forest with easy access to all three!

There are three non-occupied bedrooms upstairs and I am renting out only one, the largest.
Your room is fully furnished, with a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, couch, and chair.
You will have your own private, full bath.
Your room is upstairs and I don't even go upstairs

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry with a washer and dryer.

The first months rent of $850 and a $400.00 deposit (refundable) is payable when you move in.

Minimum 6 month lease with proof of stable income is required.
No smoking in the home.
Common areas especially the kitchen must be kept clean.
I will do my part but I expect you to clean up after yourself.
A small, dog is welcome with a non-refundable $120.00 pet deposit
(as long as you clean up after them:)
No cats (sorry)
