I have two rooms available for rent within a townhome. Tenants would have to share a full bath. No worries. There’s another half bath located on the main floor. All utilities (internet, water, heat) included in the rent price. Room comes unfurnished. I will need some time to make it look perfect but if you’re in a rush to move in we can help clean it up together. Standard applicant process as followed. Application fee. Credit and background check. So if you’re a sex offender, need not apply. Renter's insurance is required and maintained while living at home. If you remove renter's insurance at any time, landlord is not responsible for your personal property loss. And I am being very clear about that right now. Income will be verified along with rental history. Security deposit may be required.

Lease: MONTH-to-MONTH
Terms: 6 to 12 months (however will still be classified as MONTH-to-MONTH).

Home location:
North Raleigh bordering Wake Forest. Close to Target, Walmart, & other grocery chains. Triangle Mall within 10 minutes. Home features three beds with 2.5 baths. Appliances at your full leisure. Standard kitchen with an island. Anything else just DM me for more info.
