Private room available in a townhome in Raleigh (27604) near the Broadlands area and Trawick Rd.

The room includes a private bathroom with tub/shower and a walk-in closet. The home also has shared living space downstairs, washer/dryer, parking directly outside the unit, and outdoor storage.

RENT OPTIONS

Option 1 – Simple
$900/month — utilities and WiFi included (within reason)

Option 2 – Lower Rent
$700/month — utilities split evenly

Utilities include electricity, heating, water, and internet.

Rent listed is for one occupant. If two people will be living in the room, rent increases by $200 per month.

LEASE

Flexible month-to-month arrangement.

30 days notice requested from either side if ending the arrangement.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If moving in mid-month, the full month’s rent is still required for that month.

Move-in cost is first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month of rent.

A FEW NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

I prefer to be upfront about the condition of the home.

• The AC recently broke, but a window unit will be provided until it is repaired or replaced
• The dishwasher is currently broken and previously caused a leak, so the flooring in that area still has some visible damage
• I’m still finishing clearing out some belongings left behind by the previous roommate

ABOUT ME

I’m 36 and fairly laid-back. I work a lot, so I’m not home constantly.

I enjoy video games and music. I play bass guitar but usually plug headphones into my amp.

I’m generally neat but not obsessively clean. I drink socially, swear sometimes, and smoke outside only.

I also have a friendly ESA dog who lives in the home, so anyone living here should be comfortable around dogs.

HOUSE NOTES

Dogs may be considered if mid-sized and non-aggressive (case-by-case).

Because there is already a dog living in the home, any additional animals would need to be compatible with the resident dog.

Please clean up after yourself and keep shared spaces reasonably tidy.
